Baltic Institute of Corporate Governance is a Corporate Governance initiative aimed to further Corporate Governance in Estonia, Latvia and Lithuania. 

We work on defining good Corporate Governance and raise the awareness and importance of the work of the Supervisory Boards and Company Directors for profitability and growth.

Baltic Board Academy was initiated jointly by NASDAQ OMX, Ernst & Young, Glimstedt Law Firm, ISM University, Bonniers Business Newspapers and Swedish Chamber of Commerce.
